The hiatus in posting was mostly due to all the commotion surrounding the marriage of Deborah and Tal on Saturday evening!
On a break from the preparations, the “boys” went to Jones Beach on a beautiful and warm October day. This closed ice cream and snack shack looked great standing out there all by itself in the sand. The fencing added to the stark contrast of the scene.
I took many different shots and this image was processed using Topaz Adjust 4 to bring out some details. Jones Beach as it is commonly called is the Jones Beach State Park in Wantagh, Long Island. Normally the beach is teaming with swimmers and sunbathers. Today, there were few people to enjoy the nice late fall weather. Jones Beach was the first public works project of Robert Moses.
